Baker Boys operates a well-equipped test kitchen and has food technicians and bakery specialists onsite. We are experienced at working in collaboration with our customers to produce products for their customers. We are agnostic when it comes to branding and will help you develop your brand when commercially viable.

Baker Boys manufactures all of our products at our 5,000 m2 facility in Wainoni, Christchurch. Whilst health & safety and food safety are our primary considerations, we have invested in efficient machinery in order to provide cost-effective solutions for the customer.

Product Development & Manufacturing

Our biscuit line manufactures high-quality wire-cut biscuits, well-suited for in-store bakery solutions and is comparable to home-baked products. We are able to offer chocolate and yoghurt coated options. We make over 1,600 MT of biscuits and biscuit crumb per annum.

Our slice lines incorporate elements of batch processing to achieve homemade style results, whilst still achieving efficiencies through selective automation. We strive to be the most efficient slice manufacturer in Australasia.

Our savoury and sausage roll lines are optimised to provide cost-effective solutions to our private label customers and in-store bakeries.

All outgoing products are metal-detected and subject to intense quality control procedures. We provide frozen and ambient distribution across New Zealand, and export arrangements for our Australian customers.
